The headline numbers
As of today, padelyeti tracks 918 padel venues across the UK and Ireland: 750 open and 168 in the opening pipeline. The open venues operate 2,565 courts between them, spread across 537 towns and cities. In the UK alone (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) there are 693 open venues with 2,400 courts; the Republic of Ireland adds 57 venues and 165 courts.

Indoor, outdoor and covered
Of the courts where we have a verified indoor and outdoor breakdown, 1,178 are indoor, 863 are outdoor and 295 are covered outdoor courts. Indoor and covered capacity is where the fastest growth is happening, for the simple reason that British and Irish weather does not respect court bookings.
The growth pipeline
A further 168 venues are currently under construction or publicly announced, with 660 courts planned between them. If everything in the pipeline opens, the court stock grows by roughly 26 percent. Track them all on our opening soon page.
