Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use padelyeti.com.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. About padelyeti
padelyeti (padelyeti.com) is owned and operated by Coded North Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16013325). In these Terms, "padelyeti", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Coded North Ltd.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using padelyeti.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, as described in Section 15; continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
3. What padelyeti is
padelyeti is an independent directory of padel venues across the United Kingdom and Ireland. We research, verify and publish information about padel courts, including court counts, pricing, opening hours, facilities and booking links. We are not a booking platform, we do not sell court time, process payments, or act as an agent for any venue, and we are not affiliated with the venues we list unless a listing is explicitly marked as claimed by that venue.
4. Accuracy of information
We work to verify listing information against each venue's own website, official booking platform, or other primary sources, and we mark information we have not been able to verify as "not yet verified" rather than guessing. Despite this, venue details change (prices, hours, court availability and contact details in particular), and we cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, current or error-free at the moment you view it. Always confirm details directly with the venue, particularly pricing and availability, before travelling or booking. Your use of any information on this Site is at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site to browse listings, search for venues, and contact us or venues in the ordinary course of finding somewhere to play padel. You agree not to:
- (a) use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or data not intended for public access;
- (c) introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material to the Site;
- (d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make it available;
- (e) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including submitting false venue reports or claims.
6. No automated scraping, bulk extraction or republishing
The Site, and the underlying database of venue information it draws on, represents substantial time, effort and investment in obtaining, verifying, presenting and maintaining the data (see Section 7). Except as set out below, you must not, and must not permit or assist any third party to:
- (a) use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access, extract, harvest, copy or monitor any part of the Site or its underlying data for any purpose other than the ordinary indexing activity of a bona fide search engine or AI assistant/answer engine acting in accordance with our published robots.txt and llms.txt files;
- (b) systematically or repeatedly download, extract, or reproduce all or a substantial part of the Content (as defined in Section 7) with a view to compiling, publishing or distributing your own collection, directory, dataset or database, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise;
- (c) use any data extracted from the Site to build, train, populate or supplement a directly competing product or service;
- (d) circumvent, disable or interfere with any technical measure we use to restrict or monitor access to the Site or its data.
This does not restrict your use of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as looking up a venue to visit, nor does it restrict the ordinary crawling and indexing of publicly accessible pages by search engines and AI systems for the purpose of surfacing our content in search results or AI-generated answers with appropriate attribution, consistent with our robots.txt and llms.txt files.
7. Intellectual property and database rights
The Site's design, text, graphics, logos and other content (excluding venue data sourced from and attributed to third parties) is owned by or licensed to Coded North Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
In addition, and separately from copyright, the compilation of venue data on this Site (the "Content") is protected in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area by database right under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 (as retained in UK law) and equivalent EU law, on the basis that its obtaining, verification and presentation has involved substantial investment. Extraction or re-utilisation of the whole or a substantial part of the Content without our prior written consent is prohibited under database right, independently of and in addition to the contractual restrictions in Section 6.
8. Your submissions
If you submit information to us, including venue suggestions, corrections, reports of inaccurate or outdated listings, or a request to claim a listing, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, edit and display that information on the Site. We may decline to publish, or may edit, any submission at our discretion, including where we cannot verify it.
9. Third-party websites and booking platforms
Listings link out to venue websites and third-party booking platforms (such as Playtomic, Matchi, ClubSpark and others). We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy, availability, pricing or booking terms of any third-party site. Any booking or purchase you make on a third-party site is a contract between you and that third party, not with us.
10. Claimed listings
Venues may request to "claim" their listing via our contact page. We may ask for reasonable verification before marking a listing as claimed. We reserve the right to remove claimed status, or to edit or remove any listing, at our discretion, including where we believe the information provided is inaccurate.
11. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coded North Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or your reliance on any information published on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Coded North Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Site, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, in particular Sections 5 or 6.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date; your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Contact
